Aros Bostad accesses two properties within the popular residential area Fabriksparken in Sundbyberg
Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has accessed the properties Tråden 1 and 2 in the central parts of Sundbyberg. The properties, which will form the second out of three residential blocks in Fabriksparken, were acquired from Skandia Fastigheter in June 2020. The sale of the apartments was launched in April 2021, with great interest from potential buyers.
The residential development project is carried out as a joint venture, with the Finnish investor Varma as capital partner. As previously announced, MVB Öst AB has been contracted for the construction of the first development phase, which comprises 99 apartments. The development project comprises a total of c. 180 apartments. Aros Bostad intends to certify the project according to Svanen (the Nordic Swan ecolabel), and the construction is planned to start during the third quarter this year.
