Aros Bostad acquires a development project with 200 residential units in Uppsala

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has acquired a property in Bälinge, Uppsala, with the possibility to develop ca 200 new residential units. The ambition is to develop housing of various sizes and different forms of tenure, with main focus on terraced houses.

The acquired property Bälinge Ekeby 1:2 is adjacent to Aros Bostad’s existing property Gystad 1:13. The zoning plan, which embraces both properties, is expected to gain legal force during the first quarter of 2023. The production start is estimated for the second quarter of 2023.  

The property is acquired through a joint venture (50/50) with Profura Fastigheter AB. The seller is Södra mark och hus AB.
