Aros Bostad acquires part of “Femöringen” from NCC – corresponding to 190 new residential units in Solna
Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has acquired building rights, corresponding to c. 190 new residential units within the property Femöringen in Solna, for c. SEK 260 million. NCC is the seller of the land and will be the turnkey contractor for the construction of the new residential project.
The building rights constitute the second phase of residential units within Solna’s new city district, where new residentials, service and modern offices are being developed. The location is excellent from both a communications and recreations perspective, with direct access to buses, commuter trains and the green areas of Hagaparken. Aros Bostad has previously developed the residential project Link within the first phase of the development, in which all apartments were sold out before completion.
The development project will be conducted in two phases. The production start for the first phase is estimated for the third quarter 2022. The building rights are acquired from NCC Property Development AB, for c. SEK 260 million. The access is conditioned by property formation and signed turnkey contract with NCC Building Sverige. Settlement will occur pro rata in relation to when Aros Bostad takes possession of each phase.
