Aros Bostad obtains building permit for 213 new apartments in Solna – construction starts in Q1 2023
Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has obtained building permit for 213 apartments in the residential development project Femöringen in Solna. Construction start is planned for the first quarter 2023. The development project was acquired in November 2021 and all apartments were sold in June 2022, as rental apartments, to the global investor Patrizia.

”The building permit secures that the production of Femöringen can be carried out according to plan, with start of construction during the first quarter of this year. Aros Bostad has a good position on the current market. We acted early upon the signs of a declining market, which resulted in the divestment of a large rental portfolio to Patrizia last year. For us, it means that we have already sold out all apartments in the projects which we are now producing and can continue to deliver on the production targets in our business plan.”
