Aros Bostad signs agreement with Moelven and starts new residential project in Nacka
Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) has signed an agreement regarding a design and build contract with Moelven Byggmodul AB (”Moelven”), and thereby starts the construction of Ektorpsbacken in Nacka. The development project comprises totally 52 apartments, in a residential building which is constructed with wooden frames and facades.

”Ektorpsbacken is our fourth project in Nacka and our fifth development project to be started this year. We have awaited a new zoning plan for the area and it feels great to finally be able to start the project. Ektorpsbacken is situated within an established neighbourhood with detached houses, and I think we have succeeded in aligning the architecture with the surrounding buildings and with the old oak trees which will remain close to the new building.”
The house is constructed with wooden facade and industrially produced wooden frames, which grant a sound house that is also efficient to build. The residential project, which is created by the architect firm DinellJohansson, is carried out through the fund Aros Bostad III and is expected for completion during the spring 2023. The new zoning plan for the area gained legal force during the summer 2021.
