New zoning plan allows for another residential development in Nacka for Aros Bostad

Aros Bostadsutveckling AB publ (”Aros Bostad”) plans for a development project of c. 50 new residential units in Ektorp, Nacka Municipality. The development consists of the properties Sicklaön 73:48 and 73:50 and is part of a new zoning plan, for c. 100 residential units, which now has gained legal force.

The residential development project, which is carried out through the Fund Aros Bostad III, is planned for production start during the fourth quarter of 2021. The development is expected to be completed during the spring 2023. The construction is made with industrially produced wooden frames, in line with Aros Bostad’s concept to offer higher quality to a lower cost.

The residentials are designed by the architect firm DinellJohansson, which has also designed Aros Bostad’s three previous development projects within Nacka Municipality. The development consists of one building with a gable roof and wooden facade, comprising c. 50 apartments of different sizes. The intention with the positioning of the building is for it to interact with the large oak trees on site. The location in Ektorp provides closeness to the lake Bastusjön, schools, services and public transports.
