Betolar Plc: District Court of Helsinki has Dismissed the Charges Against the Board Member in a Nokia Tyres Plc Related Matter
Betolar Plc (”Betolar”) has received today information that the District Court of Helsinki has dismissed the charges against Betolar’s Board member Inka Mero, which related to suspected disclosure offence of the members of the Board of Directors of Nokia Tyres Plc and the President & CEO in 2015-2016. The charges related to a stock exchange release given by Nokia Tyres Plc, which was allegedly delayed. Inka Mero acts currently as the Board member of Nokia Tyres Plc.
Betolar is not a party to this matter and the company will not comment on the matter. The court order does not have an effect on the work of Betolar’s Board of Directors.
