BEWI announces intention to issue subsequent bonds under existing sustainability-linked bond framework
BEWI ASA (“BEWI” or “the Company”) intends to issue subsequent bonds under the existing EUR 250 million senior unsecured sustainability-linked bond framework with an outstanding amount of EUR 160 million and maturity in September 2026 (ISIN: SE0016276398) (“the Bonds”).
The Company has mandated Carnegie AS, DNB Markets, a part of DNB ASA and Nordea Bank Abp as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on 4 November 2021. An up to EUR 90 million tap issue of the Bonds may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. The net proceeds from the contemplated tap issue will be used for general corporate purposes, including financing of the acquisition of 100 per cent of the shares in Jackon Holding AS subject to completion.
