The board of directors of BEWI ASA has decided to propose to the annual general meeting to distribute a dividend of NOK 1.10 per share for the financial year of 2021.

The following key dates for the dividend are proposed by the board of directors:

  • Declared currency: NOK
  • Last day including right: 2 June 2022
  • Ex-date: 3 June 2022
  • Record date: 7 June 2022
  • Payment date: On or about 14 June 2022
  • Date of approval: 2 June 2022
