BEWiSynbra Group postpones IPO and listing on Oslo Børs

BEWiSynbra Group, one of the leading integrated producers of expandable polystyrene (EPS) in Europe, postpones its launch of an Initial Public Offering and application for a listing on Oslo Stock Exchange (Oslo Børs).

Solna, Sweden, 27 November 2018: Reference is made to the announcement from BEWiSynbra Group AB (publ) (“BEWiSynbra” or the “Company”) on 12 November 2018 regarding the Company’s intention to launch an initial public offering (“IPO”) and to apply for a listing at Oslo Børs.

Equity markets have deteriorated significantly since the Company announced its intention to launch an IPO and to apply for a listing at Oslo Børs, and the current financial markets are characterised by high uncertainty. Based on this, the Company has decided to postpone the listing.

The Company appreciates the positive interactions with potential investors and expects to explore the opportunities for a listing at a later stage.
