Biacore and Diffchamb discuss collaboration Biacore International AB and Diffchamb AB are discussing collaboration between the two companies with respect to marketing and product development in the area of food analysis. In this connection, a new share issue directed to Biacore of one million Diffchamb shares at SEK 27 per share is being discussed. If this issue is made, Biacore will become the largest shareowner in Diffchamb with approximately 36% of the total number of shares. Biacore currently holds 10.6% of the shares in Diffchamb. The new share issue is subject to approval by an extra shareholders' meeting in Diffchamb.
