July 10, 2012 New York, NY –

Today’s economic landscape might be as liquid as the East River, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some success stories of companies surfing the many waves of the marketplace. New York’s well-known Italian restaurant BiCE Ristorante, is one of those success stories. Located in Midtown Manhattan at 7 East 54th Street, the famed trattoria is continuing to surprise and please guests by putting a new spin on traditional Italian cuisine.

The restaurant recently went through an extensive renovation, with an extensive revamping of the main dining room and ever popular bar. Its new décor is sexy and chic, with clean lines and a feel of modern day Milan. Deep rich wood tones and supple leather banquets beckon guest into the luxurious dining atmosphere. But it the interiors aren’t the only thing that is a welcomed addition for BiCE guests. More important are the culinary surprises that await restaurant patrons as they open up their menus.

Always known for their exceptional homemade pasta, BiCE now offers guests a range of gluten free options such as brown rice pastas, corn based pastas, even beet pastas. Just as before, all made fresh daily by the talent culinary team.

Additional twists to the menu are the addition of organic seafood and poultry dishes, and natural grass-fed beef steaks. “We have always taken great pride in practicing Farm to Table whenever and wherever possible. All of our produce is sourced locally, along with our dairy and fresh herbs,” states Executive Chef Silverio Chavez. “Italian cuisine in general has always been based on regional and seasonal resources, and we blend the traditional approach with a contemporary touch that truly makes our dishes stand out. We like to introduce our guests to the healthy side of Italian food, offering fresh, light and always great tasting dishes.”

BiCE is open 7 days a week for both lunch and dinner, and brunch is offered on booth Saturday and Sunday until 3 PM. Private dining facilities are available at BiCE for parties and functions up to 40 people. The open-air café offers a refreshing and enjoyable dining experience as well. Reservations are suggested but walk-ins are always welcome.

BiCE Ristorante is located at 7 East 54th Street, New York, NY 10022. Reservations can also be made through Open Table. Take-out and delivery are available by calling in or through Seamless.com.
