CELLINK receives up-front order of MSEK 1 in conjunction with signing of distribution agreements for the German and Chinese markets. The agreements include distribution of the company's products in parts of Europe and China. The first orders of 1 MSEK will be delivered under the company’s 4th quarter and the agreement runs until further notice.

The two distributors will distribute the company's entire product range, focusing on the company's new Bioprinter BIO X and bioink. The distributors have over 15 years of history and are well established in their respective markets. The two parties are specialized in the distribution of biotechnological products and instruments. The German distributor, I & L Biosystems GmbH, has branch offices in Germany, England and France, but is also active in large parts of Central Europe. Their main customers are pharma companies, cosmetic companies, and research institutes. The Chinese distributor Labsun GmbH headquarter is located in Germany, but sales are conducted on the Chinese market.

The distribution agreement with the Chinese actor opens for new customers in a yet unexploited market. The agreement with the German distributor enables rapid expansion in Europe thanks to a large and experienced sales organization.
