Billerud's CFO, Bertil Carlsén, moving to Polygon Group

Bertil Carlsén, Senior Vice President and CFO of Billerud for the last five years, has decided to leave Billerud to take up a position as Executive Vice President and CFO of Tritonowned Polygon Group (form. Munters MCS).

Bertil Carlsén have during his time at Billerud greatly contributed to improving Billeruds profitability, internal reporting and control, and external communication. This has contributed greatly to improving Billerud as a Group and as a brand name, and Bertil has been a valued member of Group Management. We therefore wish Bertil success in his position at Polygon Group.

The recruitment process will start immediately with the purpose to have a new CFO in place as soon as possible. Bertil Carlsén will remain in his position at Billerud until August 30 2011.
