BIMobject® aims for listing on NASDAQ OMX First North Sweden
Today, to accelerate its business development across the globe, BIMobject® announces its intention to seek a listing on the NASDAQ OMX First North Sweden stock market. The board of directors has initiated the process for listing of BIMobject®, during the first quarter in 2014.
The growth plan for BIMobject® includes an equity issuance comprising both stock shares and stock option rights, during November-December 2013. This is designed to inject capital into the company, initially, 20,3 million Swedish crowns through stock shares, rising later to a maximum of 56,7 million Swedish crowns from stock option rights. Also started is the process of gaining approval for the prospectus and the company from NASDAQ OMX and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
