BIMobject AB : Reminder of utilisation of share warrants

The utilisation period for the series TO 1 share warrants that were issued in connection with BIMobject's listing issue will run until 15th April 2015 inclusive. The last day for trading in the share warrant is 13th April 2015. A person who holds share warrants is entitled to subscribe for one new share in BIMobject® for each share warrant held, at a rate of SEK 10.50. 

You can subscribe for shares using share warrants until 15th April 2015 inclusive. It must take place by means of simultaneous payment by 3 pm CEST. Conversion of interim shares into shares is expected to take place in week 19.
