BIMobject AB: Board member and management members increase equity interest in BIMobject
A BIMobject board member and two management members have increased their respective equity interests in the company through purchases on the stock market.
After having acquired an additional 10,203 shares at the price of 24.55 SEK per share, the company's board member and CTO Ben O'Donnell now owns a total of 125,706 shares.
After having acquired an additional 8,000 shares at the price of 24.49 SEK per share, the company's CMO Peter Markenvard now owns a total of 16,825 shares.
After having acquired an additional 6,380 shares at the price of 24.29 SEK per share, the company's Global HR Director Lotta Askerlund now owns a total of 21,185 shares.
