BIMobject AB: Solar increases equity interest in BIMobject
BIMobject AB ("BIMobject") hereby releases a disclosure notice stating that Solar A/S ("Solar"), the biggest shareholder in the company, has increased its equity interest in BIMobject today to equal more than 20 per cent.
Solar previously owned 10,338,566 shares in BIMobject, corresponding to 19.99 per cent of the voting shares and capital of BIMobject. After having acquired an additional 11,434 shares on the stock market, Solar now owns a total of 10,350,000 shares, equalling 20.01% per cent of the voting shares and capital of BIMobject.
