BIMobject AB ("BIMobject") announces today that the company broadens its ownership base, by having White Mill AG ("White Mill") as a new shareholder in the company. White Mill is a Swiss privately owned investment company, with Mr. Lennart Blecher as 100% beneficial owner. White Mill has today acquired a total of 1,500,000 shares in BIMobject, of which 1,000,000 shares from the founder and CEO Stefan Larsson (through Procedural Labs AB) and 500,000 shares from the board member Philippe Butty (through Abvent SA). The price per share is 21 SEK.

After the sales, Procedural Labs AB will own 5,945,900 shares in BIMobject (equivalent to around 11,5 % of the votes and capital) and Abvent SA will own 2,363,000 shares (equivalent to around 4,6% of the votes and capital). Both the board of BIMobject and the two sellers agree that White Mill AG will become of great strategic value for the company and its continued growth. For BIMobject this means a strategic expansion of the shareholder base of the company which then enables further strengthening of the company's business and technology portfolios, such as intelligent cloud solutions and internet-based infrastructures for furnishing and building products.

The price for the shares, SEK 21 per share, is the same as the subscription price in BIMobject's recently completed share issue to Solar A / S. White Mill wanted to make its investment on the same price level and the seller's, despite the recent increase in price, decided to accept this due to the buyer's strategic value for the company and its shareholders.

"Both Abvent and I are convinced that it is positive for BIMobject and its shareholders to get White Mill into the circuit of shareholders. Despite the fact that we sell at a lower price than the daily course, we fully agree that the extended network of contacts and opportunities this can give BIMobject will create added value for the company and thus also for us and all the other shareholders ", says Stefan Larsson, BIMobject AB's founder and CEO.
