Directed share issue to Hexagon AB of 31,4 Million SEK is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office

At the Extraordinary General Meeting held by BIMobject October 10th 2014, the decision  was made about a directed share issue of 31,4 Million SEK to Hexagon AB in order to add a new shareholder of strategic importance to BIMobject. The funds has now  been received from Hexagon and the new share issue is registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

The total number of shares in BIMobject after registration amounts to 16 806 180 units and the share capital amounts to 739 471,92 SEK.
