Stockholm, October 25, 2022 – BioArctic AB (publ) (Nasdaq Stockholm: BIOA B) has been made aware that the company’s two founders and main shareholders, Lars Lannfelt and Pär Gellerfors, intend to divest a minor part of their respective shareholding.
