New number of shares and votes in BioGaia

The number of shares and votes in BioGaia AB (publ) has changed due to the recently completed directed share issue (for further information, see the company’s press releases on 30 October 2020 and 25 November 2020).

Through the share issue, the number of shares of class B and votes in BioGaia increased by 2,860,000.

Today, on the last trading day of the month, there are in total 20,196,462 shares in BioGaia, of which 740,668 are class A shares and 19,455,794 are class B shares, together carrying 26,862,474 votes.
