A MARKET MAKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN BIOHIT OYJ AND NORDEA SECURITIES OYJ
TO BE TERMINATED

Biohit Oyj has terminated the market making agreement between Biohit
Oyj and Nordea Securities Oyj on October 25, 2004. The agreement will
terminate on November 25, 2004.
