ANNOUNCEMENT  RELATED  TO THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP  OF  THE  SHARES  OF
BIOHIT PLC. (SECURITIES MARKET ACT 2:9.1)


The  shareholder  of  Biohit  Plc.  mentioned  in  the  following  has
announced on Jan. 25, 2000 that its ownership of the share capital and
number  of  votes has decreased so that its current ownership  of  the
share capital and number of votes of Biohit Plc. is as follows:
