ANNOUNCEMENT  RELATED  TO THE CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP  OF  THE  SHARES  OF
BIOHIT  PLC.  (SECURITIES MARKET ACT 2:9.1)  AND  THE  PUBLICATION  OF
FINANCIAL INFORMATION IN 2000


The  shareholder  of  Biohit  Plc.  mentioned  in  the  following  has
announced on Jan. 10, 2000 that its ownership of the share capital and
number  of  votes has decreased so that its current ownership  of  the
share capital and number of votes of Biohit Plc. is as follows:

                  A-Shares          1,63 %            4,66 %
                  B-Shares          3,21 %            0,46 %

                  Total             4,84 %            5,12 %


The  change was caused by a normal transactions related with the sales
of shares. The effective date of the change was Jan. 7, 2000.


During  fiscal  year  2000  Biohit Plc.  will  publish  the  financial
statement  bulletin for 1999, financial statements for 1999 and  three
interim reports for 2000.
