ANNOUNCEMENT  RELATED TO THE INCREASE IN THE SHARE CAPITAL  OF  BIOHIT
PLC. (SECURITIES MARKET ACT 2:9)


As  a  result of the subscription of shares made on the basis  of  the
option  program targeted to Jencons Scientific Ltd., the share capital
of  Biohit  has  increased by EUR 10,625.00  (62,500  shares)  to  EUR
2,188,771.59  (12,875,127 shares). The increase in the  share  capital
has been entered in the Trade Register on June 26, 2002.
