ANNOUNCEMENT  RELATED TO THE INCREASE IN THE SHARE CAPITAL  OF  BIOHIT
PLC. (SECURITIES MARKET ACT 2:9)


As  a  result of the subscription of shares made on the basis  of  the
1999 option program of Biohit Plc. and the option program targeted  to
Jencons Scientific Ltd., the share capital of Biohit has increased  by
EUR 11,050.00 (65,000 shares) to EUR 2,178,146.59 (12,812,627 shares).
The  increase  in  the  share capital has been entered  in  the  Trade
Register on May 6, 2002.
