ANNOUNCEMENT  RELATED TO THE INCREASE IN THE SHARE CAPITAL  OF  BIOHIT
PLC. (SECURITIES MARKET ACT 2:9)


As  a  result of the subscription of shares made on the basis  of  the
1999  option program of Biohit Plc., the share capital of  Biohit  has
increased   by  EUR  6.970,00  (41.000  shares)  to  EUR  2.156.344,09
(12.684.377  shares).  The  increase in the  share  capital  has  been
entered in the Trade Register on January 30, 2002.
