ANNOUNCEMENTS RELATED TO THE INCREASE IN SHARE CAPITAL AS DEFINED IN
CHAPTER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT


The increase in share capital by 2.000.000 B-shares of Biohit Plc. has
been registered in the trade register on June 17, 1999.

As  a  result  of  the  share  issue the shareholders  listed  in  the
following announced on June 17, 1999 that their ownership of the share
capital  and  number of votes of Biohit Plc. have  decreased  so  that
their  current ownership of the share capital and number of votes  are
as follows:
