Biohit  will  publish the Financial Statements for 2002, announce  the
date of the Annual General Meeting and publish the Interim Reports for
2003 as follows:

Financial  Statement Bulletin for 2002: Friday, February 14  at  10:00
Finnish time
Financial statements for 2002: Friday, March 28
Annual General Meeting: Wednesday, April 9
Interim Report 1-3/2003: Wednesday, May 7 at 10:00 Finnish time
Interim Report 1-6/2003: Wednesday, August 6 at 10:00 Finnish time
Interim Report 1-9/2003: Wednesday, November 5 at 10:00 Finnish time.
