SUBSCRIPTION OF THE SHARES WITH OPTIONS ISSUED ON PERSONNEL:
BIOHIT OYJ

A total of 38 640 Biohit Oyj's B shares have been
subscribed with options issued on personnel in 1999. 
The shares will be traded on the Helsinki Exchanges 
as old B shares as of 14 March 2000. The increase 
in the share capital has been entered into the Trade 
Register 13 March 2000.
