SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH BOND WITH WARRANT: BIOHIT OYJ

A total of 40 700 Biohit Oyj's B shares have been
subscribed with the Biohit Oyj's warrants attached to the
bond with warrants issued 1999. The shares will be traded
on the Helsinki Exchanges as old B shares as of 27
January 2000.
The increase in the share capital has been entered into
the Trade Register 26 January 2000.
