SUBSCRIPTION OF THE SHARES ON THE BASIS OF THE OPTION
RIGHTS: BIOHIT OYJ

A total of 62 500 Biohit Oyj's B shares have been
subscribed on the basis of the directed option program of
Biohit Oyj. The shares will be traded on the Helsinki
Exchanges as old B shares as of 5 September 2002.
