SUBSCRIPTION OF THE SHARES ON THE BASIS OF THE OPTION
RIGHTS: BIOHIT OYJ

A total of 65 000 Biohit Oyj's B shares have been
subscribed on the basis of the 1999 option programs of
Biohit Oyj. The shares will be traded on the Helsinki
Exchanges as old B shares as of 7 May 2002.
