SUBSCRIPTION OF THE SHARES ON THE BASIS OF THE OPTION

A total of 63 250 Biohit Oyj's B shares have been
subscribed on the basis of the 1999 option programs of
Biohit Oyj. The shares will be traded on the Helsinki
Exchanges as old B shares as of 7 March 2002.
