SUBSCRIPTION OF THE SHARES ON THE BASIS OF THE PERSONNEL
OPTIONS: BIOHIT OYJ

A total of 41 000 Biohit Oyj's B shares have been
subscribed on the basis of the 1999 personnel options of
Biohit Oyj. The shares will be traded on the Helsinki
Exchanges as old B shares as of 31 January 2002.
