SUBSCRIPTION  OF  THE  SHARES OF BIOHIT PLC. ON THE  BASIS  OF  OPTION
RIGHTS

On  the  basis  of  Biohit's personnel option program 1999  altogether
2,500   B-shares   of   Biohit  Plc.  have  been  subscribed   between
1.4.-30.4.2002.

On  the  basis of Biohit's option program 1999/II targeted to  Jencons
Scientific  Ltd. altogether 62,500 B-shares of Biohit Plc.  have  been
subscribed between 1.4.-30.4.2002.
