Nomination committee appointed for the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Scandinavian Biogas Fuels International AB

In accordance with a resolution from the Extraordinary General Meeting, the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting of Scandinavian Biogas Fuels International AB shall consist of four members, representing the three largest shareholders as of the last day of December 2020, and the Chairman of the Board. If the shareholder does not exercise his right to appoint a member of the Nomination Committee, the next largest shareholder shall have the right to appoint a member of the Nomination Committee.

Based on the above, the Nomination Committee prior to the 2021 Annual General Meeting has been determined to consist of the following persons who together represent approximately 33.1% of the number of shares and votes in the company as of the end of December 2020:

  • Olav Sem Austmo, representing TrönderEnergi AS
  • Jonas Bengtsson, representing Bengtsson Tidning AB;
  • Bengt Kjell, representing Ilija Batljan Invest AB; och
  • Göran Persson, chairman
