New Chairman of the Board Focus on RescueFlow® Johannes Norrby, Chairman of the BioPhausia Board, today announced his resignation. The Board intends to call an extraordinary General Meeting to be held after the summer. Until this meeting the Board has elected Bertil Larsson as Chairman. RescueFlow® is a small volume resuscitation solution, approved for marketing in Sweden, and to be approved in another seven EU countries. The Board has decided to focus on the value inherent in RescueFlow® and the preclinical projects, and is working on the bridging financing necessary to secure their best commercialisation.
