The increase occurred primarily in the United States, Germany and Japan. * Net result for the first half of 2002 was a profit of SEK 0.7 million (compared to a net loss of SEK 14.8 million for the first half of 2001). Biora develops, manufactures and sells biology-based products to dentists. Its principal product, Emdogain®Gel, which is approved for sale in Europe, North America and Japan among others, naturally regenerates the tooth-supporting structure that the tooth has lost due to periodontitis.
