Bioservo has received an order for Ironhand® worth half a million SEK from existing customer in the digital industrial sector
Bioservo Technologies has received an order regarding delivery and implementation of Ironhand® worth approximately SEK 0,5 million. The buyer is one of the world’s foremost digital industrial enterprises. Throughout last year, the customer has successfully tested and evaluated Bioservo’s innovative technology to ensure it is suitable for all parts of their production.
Ironhand® is the world’s first soft robotic muscle strengthening system for professional users. Ironhand® strengthens the worker’s grip and stamina and has been developed to prevent and detect the risk of stress injuries in grip-intensive and repetitive work operations.
Bioservo believes digital human augmentation is the way forward in creating an ergonomic and sustainable work environment and thus profitability through corporate responsibility.
“We are very happy that this customer is satisfied with our technology and has chosen to start the implementation phase within their organisation, and we look forward to continuing our cooperation. The work environment on the factory floor can clearly benefit from Ironhand® as it combines both muscle strengthening technology as well as digitalization of ergonomical risk assessment. We have seen an inreasing demand for our concept across many industries, says Petter Bäckgren, CEO at Bioservo Technologies.”
Delivery and implementation is expected to start before the end of 2018.
