Bioservo Technologies AB's rights issue is registered and the trading in Paid Subscription Units ceases

Bioservo Technologies AB (publ) has completed a rights issue of units that closed on October 10, 2022. The rights issue is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the last day for trading in paid subscription units (“BTU”) will be Tuesday, November 8, 2022. The record date will be Thursday, November 10, 2022, after which the BTUs are converted into shares and warrants of series 2 on Monday, November 14, 2022.
