Change in the Board of Directors of Bioservo Technologies AB

Karin Ruiz has asked to resign from the Board. We thank Karin for her valuable contributions with their expertise and experience from both multinationals and smaller growth companies. She has shown great commitment to the company during the three years she has been a board member.

The Board is of the opinion that the Board's current composition after the resignation still meets the company's current needs, in terms of number of members, independence and competence. The company will therefore not initiate any immediate recruitment of additional board members.
