Bioservo Technologies AB has signed an agreement with Nishio Rent All Co Ltd enabling them to sell and rent out Ironhand® to the construction, plant construction and maintenance industries in Japan.

Nishio are pioneers in the construction machinery rental business. Since they began renting road work machines in 1965, they have been one of the leading companies in the industry. They provide rental services for all construction fields, from large public works projects to small office building construction. They also offer various construction machinery for special sites, construction of industrial complexes and larger plants. Today they are number 3 in Japan and number 9 globally when it comes to rental companies. Nishio has over 400 branch offices in Japan and additional branches and subsidiaries in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, China and Australia.

“Japan is an interesting market, both for its size but also because Japanese companies are at the forefront when it comes to introducing robots and exoskeletons. Nishio is a large and well-known company with branch offices all over Japan and they are eager to try out Ironhand® with their customers. We are really excited to explore the opportunities together with them.” Says Petter Bäckgren, CEO at Bioservo.
