Birdstep Technology signs SafeMove license extension contract with a leading global OEM

Birdstep Technology, a leading provider of Smart Mobile Data and Secure Mobility services, has signed a SafeMove license extension contract with a leading global OEM in the development and deployment of public safety networks. This contract originally covered the Americas and now expands to global coverage.

The estimated value of the contract is 200 000 USD.

The name of the customer cannot be revealed at this point, as Birdstep is under Non-Disclosure-Agreement (NDA) with this customer and by that not allowed because of constraints on disclosure under the agreement.

SafeMove is a mobile VPN solution providing seamless and secure connectivity to business data for corporations and governments.
