Birka Energi sells offices for SEK 470 million

Birka Energi sells offices for SEK 470 million Birka Energi has reached an agreement with Vasakronan AB to sell the office property Bremen 3 on Tegeluddsvägen in Stockholm for SEK 470 million. The property holds approximately 20,000 m2 of office premises. As a result of this and earlier disposals of minority holdings in a number of hydro power plants, Birka Energi has now fully financed the acquisition of Stora Enso's regional network for SEK 1,650 million which took place during year 2000. Birka Energi will instead rent Bremen 3 for office purposes.
