Bisnode has signed an agreement to acquire Yritystele, a B2B online business information and search operation in Finland. Yritystele, part of Eniro Finland, has around 130,000 unique visitors per week and more than 6,000 customers. The Yritystele acquisition will strengthen Bisnode’s position in the Finnish business information market and will create a foundation for the launch of new products.

Yritystele has annual revenues of approximately EUR 3.3 million and 35 employees. The purchase price amounts to EUR 1 million. Significant synergies will be realised as the basic business information for the Yritystele dataset is already sourced from Bisnode’s Finnish subsidiary Soliditet. Yritystele will be used as a channel for an expanded segmented offering.

“The acquisition of Yritystele is in line with Bisnode’s strategy to focus on its core activities and leverage synergies for growth and improved profitability. We will also strengthen our position in Finland by entering a new market segment,” says Johan Wall, President and CEO of Bisnode.

“Through Yritystele, Bisnode will gain access to a strong brand and a platform for further expansion of the Bisnode offering including the ‘AAA’ merit concept in Finland,” says Mats Erwald, Regional Director Bisnode Nordic.
