Bisnode has divested Anopress IT AS, as a provider of media monitoring services in the Czech market. The sale is in line with Bisnode’s strategy to focus on the core offeringand realise synergies by reusing and packaging data in multiple solutions.

Anopress IT offers a high quality media monitoring product serving niche segments in the Czech market. Anopress IT reported annual revenue of SEK 14 million in 2010 and has 17 employees. Bisnode recently acquired Anopress IT as part of the acquisition of three Creditinfo Schufa companies, offering Credit Solutions in the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia.

“Bisnode’s strategy is to focus on development and growth in our core business and to maximise synergies. Anopress IT is active in a highly competitive market, and has limited synergies with our other operations we have chosen to divest the company,” says Johan Wall, President and CEO of Bisnode.

Anopress IT is being sold to Newton Media, the leading media monitoring and analyst in the Central European region.
