Bisnode divests operations in Key Note
Bisnode has signed an agreement to divest its operations in Key Note Ltd in United Kingdom. Key Note provides commercially relevant industry analysis reports to businesses, libraries and academia. The divestment will provide no capital gain.
Key Note produces different industry and market reports with information on market size, players, purchasing behaviour and forecasts in United Kingdom. The annual revenue is approximately SEK 21 million with 23 employees. Bisnode’s subsidiaries ICC and Bisnode Informatics will continue to be partners with Key Note and supply data for a minimum of three years and IT services for a minimum of one year.
“We are now working determinedly to focus Bisnode’s offering within digital business information to the European market. Key Note’s operations are not consistent with our core activities and market focus and this is the reason for divesting the business”, says Johan Wall, CEO of Bisnode.
