Bisnode sells holdings in Addnode

Bisnode has agreed to sell share holdings of 211 667 A-shares and 2 598 503 B-shares in the listed IT group Addnode. The holdings are sold to a total value of SEK 79.6 m or SEK 28.34 per share. Selling Selling the company provides Bisnode with a capital gain which gives a positive effect on this year’s profit.

Addnode was founded in 2002 when Bisnode sold a couple of holdings that together became the foundation of the listed IT Group. Addnode has developed and grown with good profitability during the whole period of investment.

Bisnode’s business unit Service & Venture Development is responsible for central product development and greenfield projects.
